It was acquired in 2007, thus 70 Acres located in the vicinity of Paradise Lost and adjacent to Runda Mumwe. They were subdivided into 237 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 1.75M to Kshs. 2M. The project is now under MHASIBU RUNDA WELFARE ASSOCATION.
2. RUIRU PHASE 1
It was acquired in JULY, 2009, thus 120 Acres located about 3 km from Ruiru town on Ruiru – Githunguri Road. They were subdivided into 480 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 600,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 625,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU RIVER PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED AND MHASIBU RIVER PARK WELFARE SOCIETY.
3. RUIRU PHASE 2
It was acquired in DECEMBER, 2009, thus 102 Acres located about 3 km from Ruiru town on Ruiru – Githunguri Road. They were subdivided into 339 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 675,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 700,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU SILVER BIRCH ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
4. RUIRU PHASE 3
It was acquired in 23RD OCTOBER 2014, thus 50 Acres located in Ruiru, 3kms along Kiganjo Road, exit 13 off Thika Road Highway. They were subdivided into 175 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of 1st 100 Plots bought: Kshs. 3M for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 3.05M for Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 3.1M for Non-members. 2nd 50 Plots bought: Kshs. 3.2M for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 3.25M for Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 3.3M for Non-members. Final Plots bought: Kshs. 3.4M for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 3.45M for Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 3.5M for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU BUSTANI ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
5. JUJA PHASE 1
It was acquired in JANUARY, 2010, thus 200 Acres located along Kalimoni Road in Juja approximately 9km from Thika Super highway. They were subdivided into 1427 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 175,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 190,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU PARADISE ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
6. JUJA PHASE 2
It was acquired in 19th DECEMBER 2012, thus 100 Acres located along Kalimoni Road in Juja approximately 6km from Thika Super highway. They were subdivided into 627 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 175,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 190,000 for Non-members.
7. KISERIAN
It was acquired in SEPTEMBER, 2010, thus 30 Acres located about 9km along Kiserian Isinya Road (Pipeline road). They were subdivided into 110 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 535,000 for Members of Mhasibu and kshs. 560,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU THORN TREE ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED.
8. KISAJU
It was acquired in MARCH, 2011, thus 50 Acres located along Nairobi-Namanga highway at Kisaju shopping Centre next to St. Ann’s academy. They were subdivided into 376 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 350,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 375,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU PLAINS VIEW ESTATE MANAGEMENT LIMITED.
9. MWIKI PHASE 1
It was acquired in SEPTEMBER, 2012, thus 50 Acres SEMI-CONTROLLED PLOTS – located along the Mwiki – Njiru Road, approximately 5km from the Kasarani Sports Complex. They were subdivided into 375 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 685,000 for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 705,000 for Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 710,000 for Non-members.
10. MWIKI PHASE 2
It was acquired in 2ND JULY 2015, SEMI-CONTROLLED PLOTS – located along the Mwiki – Njiru Road, approximately 5km from the Kasarani Sports Complex. They were subdivided into 91 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 1M For Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 1.05M For Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 1.1M for Non-members.
11. ISINYA
It was acquired in SEPTEMBER, 2012, thus 50 Acres located along the Nairobi – Namaga Road, approximately 1 km off the highway. They were subdivided into 353 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs 350,000 for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 370,000 For Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 375,000 for Non-members.
12. NYERI
It was acquired in MARCH, 2011, thus 20 Acres Located 1.5kms off the Main road close to Mount Kenya academy with the view of Mt. Kenya & Aberdares. They were subdivided into 72 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 2M to Kshs. 2.2M. The project is now under MHASIBU TWIN-MOUNT ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED Original project under Mhasibu Investments Company Limited.
13. NAKURU KABARAK PHASE 1
It was acquired in JUNE, 2013, thus 200 Acres located with close proximity to Kabarak University in Nakuru County along the Nakuru Eldama Ravine Road. They were subdivided into 653 (1/4) quater plots at a cost of Kshs. 320,000 for Members of Mhasibu, Kshs. 345,000 For Other Sacco Members and Kshs. 350,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU MEADOWS MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
14. NAKURU KABARAK PHASE 2
It was acquired in MARCH, 2014, thus 50 Acres located with close proximity to Kabarak University in Nakuru County along the Nakuru Eldama Ravine Road. They were subdivided into 176 (1/4) quarter plots at a cost of Kshs. 400,000 for Members of Mhasibu ONLY. The project is now under MHASIBU MEADOWS MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
15. ISIOLO
It was acquired in 23RD SEPTEMBER 2014, thus 75.5 Acres located along Located in Isiolo Resort City along Isiolo-Nanyuki Road, 12Kms from Isiolo town.
